While reasonable care is taken, construction work may involve vibration, noise, debris, and incidental impact. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or normal construction-related disturbances.
Any workmanship warranties are limited to those expressly stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties for materials are governed solely by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Emergency or temporary repairs are intended as short-term solutions. Permanent repairs may require additional work, materials, or follow-up services.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, MDC Weatherproofing Inc. may take photographs or videos of completed work for documentation, marketing, or promotional purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared.
